Dear fellow PhD students,
The organizing committee is pleased to announce the
9th edition of the IREC PhD day
on September 23th, 2022 in the Maisin auditorium
It’s the first time I participate, so what is this event for? In brief, the IREC PhD Day is a great occasion for all PhD students to present their research, share technical knowledge and get into contact with PhD students from other IREC departments in a convivial environment.
Since this event is mandatory for all PhD students, please find below how you will present your project to the others (for teaching assistants, see the details at the end of this text*):
- 1st year PhD students (who began their PhD in the academic year 2021-2022) have no special duties, just enjoy the event
- 2nd year PhD students will present a poster (1ECTS; ECLI)
- 3rd year PhD students will present an oral presentation (1ECTs; ECLI)
- 4th year PhD students will moderate the oral sessions and participate as jury members for poster and oral evaluation.
You’re already Post-Doc? Congratulation! But it’s not a problem, you’re are also highly welcome to participate as jury member.
Best poster and oral presentation will be rewarded!
All PhD students need to register before September 12th using the following form:
